We're pleased to announce that the official PHLvACC Controller Handbook (Version 1) has been published and is now available to all controllers.
This handbook consolidates all the policies and procedures that govern controlling within the Philippines vACC.
All controllers, both home and visiting, are expected to read through the handbook and familiarize themselves with its contents. These policies are now in effect, and adherence is mandatory.
